What areas do you cover?
We are based in Silver Spring, and Montgomery County is our main area, including Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, and Potomac. We also serve Prince George's County, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Do you handle small repairs as well as remodels?
Yes. We take projects of all sizes, from small repairs to kitchen and bathroom remodels, plus painting, drywall, flooring, roofing, windows, and electrical work.
How does the price lock work?
The price you are quoted is the price you pay for the agreed scope of work. You get that price in writing after we walk the house, and the estimate is free.
How soon can you look at a house?
We are open Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including Saturday visits. Call when you are ready. Smaller jobs and short-notice repairs often fit sooner, and larger remodels are best booked a few weeks ahead, especially in spring and summer.
